MOORE, E.J. (1880 - 1957). Two Photographs of E.J. Moore and his Trunk Escape. Circa 1900. Large studio photos show the magician both standing beside and curled up inside a wooden packing case, commonly known as a Brooks Trunk. In the first image, the case is shown wrapped in a canvas cover. Green card mounts, 9 1/4 x 7 1/2". Offered with a later printed photo of Moore below which has been affixed a label for the International Brotherhood of Magicians Lima, Ohio convention.
