The West of Billy the Kid illustrated throughout, and with 3 facsimile mounted photographs, including a facsimile of the famous CDV of the outlaw; the Biographical Supplement with 2 laid-in photocopied diagrams. 350; 34 pp. Both volumes bound in publisher's deluxe bindings of quarter brown morocco over brown cloth boards, boards and spine (no stamping on spine of Biographical Supplement) stamped in gilt, publisher's brown morocco and brown cloth, gilt, slipcase.
