Illustrated throughout and with mounted facsimile CDV. 607, [1, blank]. With inserted signed limitation leaf and two other leaves (Errata and credit) at rear. Publisher's quarter brown morocco over brown cloth boards, spine lettered in gilt in compartments, five raised bands, brown cloth slipcase (spine a bit toned, with a few small scratches, some faint offsetting to endleaves, a few pages with marginal creasing). Fine. FIRST LIMITED EDITION, #30/50 COPIES SIGNED BY NOLAN. From the renowned personal collection of Dr. George D. Lacy. Measurements: 13 x 10 x 2".
