(2) White Ceramic Elephant Planters. Pair of white ceramic elephant planters with ornate raiment, one elephant with raised trunk.
Elephants, long revered as symbols of wisdom, strength, and divine protection across many Asian cultures, carry deep iconographic weight even when reimagined as everyday objects like planters. Their curved trunks—often raised in a gesture of blessing—become spouts of fortune, while their broad backs cradle growing life, turning each vessel into a quiet altar of abundance and calm. In Hindu and Buddhist traditions, the elephant is sacred, associated with deities like Ganesha, the remover of obstacles, and the gentle guardian Airavata. As planters, they bring that symbolism into the home or garden, blending nature with reverence—a grounded grace where soil, growth, and spirit gently meet.
