Charles Blondin (1912-1991) French, Color Lithograph City Scene of Paris. Mid-century watercolor or color etching of the Palais Garnier in Paris, signed by the artist Charles Blondin and numbered as part of a limited edition. Signed lower right. Numbered 197/500 lower left. Framed.

Charles Blondin (1912–1991) was a 20th-century artist known for his refined, traditional approach to painting, often focusing on landscapes, architectural scenes, and genre subjects rendered with careful attention to detail and composition. Working in a style influenced by earlier European traditions, Blondin emphasized balance, light, and atmosphere, producing works that conveyed both realism and a quiet, contemplative mood.
