A turn of the century Brass single-draw telescope by J. Hayward mounted on a Brass tabletop stand. Tapered Walnut barrel with 2" objective lens and sliding Brass lens cover. Mounted on a tri-pod adjustable Brass swivel stand. Marked "J. Hayward, DEAL" (n.d.) at draw. Some wear to patina, older finish with minor wear, two chips to objective lens. Closed 21" long, open approx. 44" long overall, 23" high overall on stand. ESTIMATE $800-1,200
