An 18th century Brass single-draw long telescope. Octagonal tapered hardwood barrel with 1" objective lens, removable draw and sliding Brass lens cover. Some wear to patina, old dark finish with minor wear, lacks objective lens cover and a few small screws. Closed 37 1/2" long, open approx. 43" long overall. ESTIMATE $800-1,200
