Dec 10, 2025 - Dec 18, 2025
On November 1, 2025, the Los Angeles Dodgers and Toronto Blue Jays played arguably the most exciting Game 7 in World Series history. After Bo Bichette’s three-run shot put the Blue Jays up 3-0 in the third inning, the Dodgers clawed their way back as they had done all series. By the time the top of the ninth inning rolled around, Toronto was holding a tight 4-3 lead with closer Jeff Hoffman ready to put the finishing touches on the Jays’ first title in 32 years.
In the top of the ninth, enter the unlikeliest of heroes: Miguel Rojas. The Dodgers’ 36-year-old utility infielder stepped to the plate having hit no homers in the playoffs and only one against a right-handed pitcher all season long. After battling Hoffman to a full count, Rojas drove a hanging slider 387 feet that cleared the Dodgers bullpen beyond the left-field wall. The clutch solo blast tied it up at four, sending shockwaves throughout Rogers Centre and silencing the Jays faithful.
In the bottom of the ninth, it was Rojas again wearing a blue cape – this time on defense at second base. With the bases loaded and one out, he fielded a grounder up the middle and made a perfect throw home for a crucial force out. (This was followed by Andy Pages’ stressful colliding catch in center to keep the game tied and send it to extras.) Miguel Rojas had effectively saved the Dodgers’ season twice in one inning. In the top of the 11th, Will Smith hit a tie-breaking homer to left that landed in almost the exact same spot. Yoshi Yamamoto closed it out in the bottom half as the Dodgers prevailed 5-4 to complete the epic comeback and repeat as World Series champions.
After auctioning off Miguel Rojas' Game 7 home run ball in our 2025 Fall Premier, SCP Auctions is excited to present the Nike Air Jordan cleats he wore throughout the World Series. Not only did Miggy save the day in Game 7, but he also recorded the game-ending putout in Game 6 after catching Kike Hernández’s throw from left field to double up Addison Barger at second base.
The snazzy Nike Air Jordan cleats come in a gold, black and white colorway with the old-school “Air Jordan” logo on the outer ankles. They are properly labeled on the interior in Rojas’ size 11 with Nike’s exclusive Promo Sample tagging used for athletes. Rojas has autographed the heals in bold black marker with "2025 WS Game Worn" inscribed. The upper heals have been custom cut by Rojas for his personal comfort. Special blue Dodgers decals with Rojas’ number “72” are affixed on the interior tagging.
The cleats display obvious game use inside and out, with soil staining and dirt stuck to the metal spikes. They come directly from Miguel Rojas with a signed letter of authenticity. Rojas signed both cleats in the presence of SCP Auctions. MLB Authentication holograms are affixed to both cleats; although MLB erroneously attributes the cleats to Dodgers hitting coach Robert Van Scoyoc who took Rojas' cleats to the authenticator to get them certified. Images from the 2025 World Series show Rojas wearing the exact same style and, according to Rojas and his agent, he wore the same pair in Game 6 and 7.
