Dec 10, 2025 - Dec 18, 2025
On November 1, 2025, the Los Angeles Dodgers and Toronto Blue Jays played arguably the most exciting Game 7 in World Series history. After Bo Bichette’s three-run shot put the Blue Jays up 3-0 in the third inning, the Dodgers clawed their way back as they had done all series. By the time the top of the ninth inning rolled around, Toronto was holding a tight 4-3 lead with closer Jeff Hoffman ready to put the finishing touches on the Jays’ first title in 32 years.
In the top of the ninth, enter the unlikeliest of heroes: Miguel Rojas. The Dodgers’ 36-year-old utility infielder drove a hanging slider 387 feet that cleared the Dodgers bullpen beyond the left-field wall. The shocking solo blast tied the game at four, silencing the Jays faithful inside Rogers Centre. In the bottom of the ninth, it was Rojas again wearing a blue cape – this time on defense at second base. With the bases loaded and one out, the Dodgers brought the infield in for a potential force at home. Facing Yoshi Yamamoto, Daulton Varsho hit a sharp grounder up the middle. Rojas backhanded it, stumbled backwards, and somehow regained his composure to make a strong throw home. Catcher Will Smith reached for the catch and barely kept his toe on the plate to beat the runner by a nose. (This was followed by Andy Pages’ stressful colliding catch in center to keep the game tied and send it to extras.) Miguel Rojas had effectively saved the Dodgers’ season twice in one inning. In the top of the 11th, Will Smith hit a tie-breaking homer to left that landed in almost the exact same spot. Yamamoto closed it out in the bottom half as the Dodgers prevailed 5-4 to complete the epic comeback and repeat as World Series champions.
After auctioning off Miguel Rojas' Game 7 home run ball in our 2025 Fall Premier, SCP Auctions is excited to present the fielder’s glove he used throughout the World Series. Not only did Miggy use this glove on the game-saving force play in Game 7, but he also used it on the game-ending double play in Game 6. With runners on second and third and one out in the bottom of the ninth, Blue Jays shortstop Andres Gimenez hit a liner to shallow left caught by Kike Hernández who threw to Rojas covering second base to double up Addison Barger. This glove was instrumental in back-to-back victories with the Dodgers facing elimination.
The Wilson A2000 ‘MiggyRo 11’ professional model fielder’s glove is properly labeled and shows an incredible amount of use, with soiling stains and a heavy gob of pine tar on the inner edge. Rojas has autographed the black mitt in silver permanent marker on the backhand side with "2025 WS GAME WORN" inscribed. The glove comes directly from Miguel Rojas with a signed letter of authenticity. Rojas signed the glove in the presence of SCP Auctions. The glove can be visually matched to Getty images 2244405240 and 2244081207, among others in Games 6 and 7. We guarantee it to pass any third-party photomatching service.
