Qianlong period, circa 17th/18th century, seated on a half lotus base, and tiered altar above addorsed Foo Lions, the figure's garments with intricate painted rosette motifs, remains of blue pigment in coiffure. In good condition, with wear and minor abrasions and losses. Ht. 6 3/8 in. 16.2 cm.
