Middle Hills, Nepal, 19th/early 20th Century, the hollowed out mask with deep grooves on the interior, with cutout mouth and eyes, pierced once on each side for wearing attachment, dark, black patina, with customs wax seal verso. Ht. 10 3/4 , wd. 7 1/4 in.
