Species indeterminate, Late Cretaceous (100 - 66 mya), Aral Sea region, Kazakhstan, from a collection gathered over a lifetime by a shepherd in the early 20th century, this is a fine quality theropod tooth from the rarest of locations. Serrations are visible on both edges under magnification. Eight species of late Cretaceous theropods have been identified from Kazakhstan, and while this is likely one of them, the exact species remains unknown. 2 long x .75 in. Wide. Less than 10% restoration. Custom steel stand included.
