Tibeto/Chinese circa 18th/ early 19th century, a fine repousse silver ewer, of typical form with dragon form handle, the spout issuing from a Makara head, the body with a high relief cartouches depicting the 'four harmonious friends' and on the reverse 'the old man of long life', a beautiful example entirely done in repousse work, which is rare. In good condition with expected wear and minor dents. Ht. 9 in. 22.8 cm.
