Frank Callcott (New York / Texas, 1891-1979), "San Jose Mission", artist-pulled etching, signed and numbered in the margin in pencil, 7/50, and dedicated "To Pierce from Frank"; framed by the Hunt Gallery (San Antonio, Texas), circa 1936
Artist's handwritten note is obscured by the matting, but a printout is affixed to the verso, reading "Dec. 23/36. I hereby certify that this is an original etching printed by myself from my original plate. Frank Callcott"
plate: 4.5 x 11.5 in., frame: 16.5 x 24 in.
