He Kun, born in 1962 in Pu'er City, Yunnan Province, China, is a member of the China Artists Association, a committee member of the Printmaking Art Committee of the China Artists Association, a researcher at the China National Academy of Painting, a member and researcher of the Printmaking Professional Committee of the China Cultural and Artistic Development Promotion Association, a standing committee member of the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the vice chairman of the Yunnan Provincial Artists Association, and an expert committee member of the Academic Guidance Committee of the China Original Printmaking Trading. Hand signed in pencil on the bottom and numbered 2/9.
