Payment Policies
Invoices exceeding $2,500 USD must be paid via check, money order, bank-issued check,
or wire transfer. No exceptions. Payments can be made using the following methods: Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover Personal Check Money Order Wire Transfer Zelle
Autopay Policy: If payment arrangements are not made within 3 days of the invoice being
sent, Williamson Auction Gallery reserves the right to charge the credit card used for
registration to settle the balance.
Bank Account Transfers (ACH):
For invoices exceeding $5,000, payment via bank transfer may be required for security
reasons.
Sales Tax Purchases made through Williamson Auction Gallery may be subject to
applicable sales tax. If you are tax-exempt, submit your certificate to avoid sales tax
collection.
Auction Terms and Conditions Auction Location:
All auctions take place in Hollywood, Florida, and are governed by the terms below. By
registering to bid, you agree to these terms. For questions, email us at

items are available for preview prior to sale. We encourage buyers to inspect items in
person or arrange for a third-party evaluation.
All items are sold "As Is, Where Is", with no guarantees beyond those explicitly stated in
these terms.
Authenticity Guarantee: If authenticity is disputed within 30 days of the sale, buyers may
submit written documentation from a qualified expert. If deemed inauthentic, the item
must be returned in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price.
Refunds exclude transportation, insurance, or other related costs. During the Auction
Bidding as Principal: By bidding, you accept responsibility for paying the purchase price,
including buyer's premium and applicable taxes.
Phone Bids: Must be arranged by submitting the relevant form by 5:00 PM the day before
the auction and approved by Williamson Auction Gallery. Online Bids: Williamson Auction
Gallery is not liable for technical issues affecting online bidding.
Reserve Price: Some lots are subject to a reserve price set by the seller. After the Auction
Buyer's Premium: A 27% buyer's premium applies, along with Florida sales tax (7%) and
shipping charges. For online bidders, additional premiums may apply per platform terms.
Non-Payment:
Failure to pay within 10 business days may result in late fees, cancellation, resale of items,
or other actions deemed necessary by Williamson Auction Gallery. Shipping: Items not
picked up or arranged for within 10 calendar days will incur storage fees of $10 per item per
day. Buyers are responsible for international customs and duties. Williamson Auction
Gallery will declare the purchase price as the items value for customs purposes.
Bank Account (ACH) Requirement
To ensure secure payment, Williamson Auction Gallery may require invoices over $2,500
may be required to be paid using a Bank Transfer (ACH). This can be done directly at
checkout.
Autopay
If you have not contacted Williamson Auction Gallery to arrange payment within 3 days of
the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the
auction for the amount of your invoice.
Sales Tax
Online purchases from Williamson Auction Gallery may be subject to sales tax. Please see
