A rare collection of 7 antique volumes of "El Ingenioso Hidalgo Don Quixote de la Mancha" by Miguel de Cervantes. Each book is beautifully bound with marbled covers and gilt-edged pages. Inside, there is an ex-libris plate marked "Bibliothèque L.Veydt" with an 1867 handwritten Spanish dedication. An extraordinary collector's set, blending literary importance and elegant 19th-century craftsmanship. These books were owned by a French politician named Francois Felix Veydt, member of French parliament and Minister and contain a hand written dedication by him.
