A Rolex stainless steel automatic Submariner wristwatch, reference 5512, serial number 3.3XX,XXX, produced circa 1972. Introduced in 1959, the reference 5512 was the first Submariner to feature crown guards and remained in production for nearly two decades, becoming one of Rolex’s most enduring professional sports watches. This example retains its matte black tritium dial with matching luminous hands, black rotating timing bezel, and chronometer-certified automatic movement. Accompanying the watch is its period Rolex “Submariner 200” presentation card, a desirable original accessory seldom encountered with surviving examples.
