We ship all of our own items ourselves, inhouse. We have been a high volume auction house shipping thousands of packages for decades. We offer FREE shipping anywhere within the continental United States. We will ship internationally to most countries, although the buyer is responsible for ANY taxes, duties, or fees in relation to your shipment within the guidelines of your country, state or territory's laws. International shipping that is easy to ship to, will be charged up to $200 fee as long as the item is not too big/ heavy. ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES MUST HAVE PRE-APPROVAL FROM OUR AUCTION DEPARTMENT. All items are sold as is and all sales are final. We do accept returns, as long as you notify us via telephone and work it out with our auctioneer. First time consignors are not allowed to bid on their items through the Live Auctioneers platform. Reserve bids are only accepted through our Concierge Book Bid system. Over 90% of our items sold are, "live," in stock and end up being shipped directly from our main office in Vancouver, Washington. It is not uncommon practice for us to receive large, multi million dollar groups of items that are reserved to us at the time of the sale . Frequently items like this will be sold repeatedly using a stock photo. Pursuant to Washington state code 18.11.240, this language shall serve as official legal notice of full transparent disclosure that our auctioneer may bid through our Concierge Book Bidding system on items that are possibly owned by this company, himself as an individual, or outside entities, at his sole discretion. It is typically a very fast paced experience and therefore not uncommon to finish the sale and feel as though your bids were not heard by the software. Many of our high volume/high dollar customers feel more comfortable using the old fashion Book Bid Concierge system. That way we guarantee to execute your bids per your wishes. Customers who buy and sell using this platform are allowed to put reserves on their own items.
