Terms & Conditions

All items are sold as is and all sales are final. We do accept returns, as long as you notify us via telephone and work it out with our auctioneer. First time consignors are not allowed to bid on their items through the Live Auctioneers platform. Reserve bids are only accepted through our Concierge Book Bid system. Over 90% of our items sold are, "live," in stock and end up being shipped directly from our main office in Vancouver, Washington. It is not uncommon practice for us to receive large, multi million dollar groups of items that are reserved to us at the time of the sale . Frequently items like this will be sold repeatedly using a stock photo. Pursuant to Washington state code 18.11.240, this language shall serve as official legal notice of full transparent disclosure that our auctioneer may bid through our Concierge Book Bidding system on items that are possibly owned by this company, himself as an individual, or outside entities, at his sole discretion. We operate under Washington State Business license for IMD YSLEXIC LLC, Washington state license number 603339166 . Most of our lots are listed, "precisely resembling," or, "exact item shown." All invoicing goes through our own billing system using QuickBooks Online. Preferential percentages and payment terms are given on an individual case by case basis and are agreed upon with communication independent of this platform. It is not uncommon for items to move very very quickly. It is typically a very fast paced experience and therefore not uncommon to finish the sale and feel as though your bids were not heard by the software. Many of our high volume/high dollar customers feel more comfortable using the old fashion Book Bid Concierge system. That way we guarantee to execute your bids per your wishes. Customers who buy and sell using this platform are allowed to put reserves on their own items. We are proud to be able to bring you this sale and we stand 100% behind the authenticity of every product we sell. We do not guarantee the grade of any coin whether it is the auctioneer's opinion, or the consignors opinion, or a professional grading company such as PCGS or NGC. We guarantee that we stand behind every item 100% in terms of authenticity, items are accurate to their description and we insure all our shipping. Our company is well established in our community and as an online presence as well. We have operated out of the same location Since 1994 and run auctions through this platform for over 10 years! We are proud to disclose that as of 2021, we have never received one single auction complaint. Pursuant paragraph five of the Washington state code RCW18.11.240 each auction complaint could be subject to an administrative fine . As we are all humans trying our best, and all interactions have different intricacies, from time to time, in the sea of bids and transactions, mistakes have been made. We are a company that stands proud on a solid foundation of our longstanding relationships. We would really appreciate it if you ever feel like a mistake has been made to please reach out to us directly. We are always more than happy to make things right, and keep all of our customers happy! We take pride in all of our long term relationships with our suppliers and winning relationships with our important customers like you!
