Framed composite color lithograph depicting multiple ranch and landscape views in Tulare County, California. The print features several vignettes, including identified scenes such as “Ranch and Residence of J. J. Cairnes, 11 Miles East of Tulare City, Cal.,” “Ranch and Residence of H. M. White, Frazier Valley, Tulare Co., Cal.,” and a mountain resort scene in the Big Redwoods near Porterville. The lower register presents a broad panoramic view of an agricultural property with orchards, fencing, and buildings set against distant mountain ranges. Executed in a detailed, bird’s-eye perspective typical of late 19th-century California promotional and county atlas views. Housed in a later wood frame with mat.
