• Lot Description
  A South Persian Abadeh carpet featuring a central diamond medallion on a red field patterned with small repeating tribal motifs. The corners are worked in contrasting blue panels, continuing the lattice of geometric forms. The border is composed of multiple bands, including the characteristic Abadeh “Heybatlu” border with repeating rectangular elements. Persia, ca. 1970's
