Accompanied by a copy of a Sotheby's April 23rd, 1986 appraisal for both this lot and the lot that sold June 2nd combined stating, "Set of Napoleon III Gilt Bronze Bras De Lumiere Circa 1860-80 Comprising four three-light sconces and four single light sconces, and in the form of a half-clothed female figure rising from a leafy back plate, the figure holding a loft a single or three-light support, with long faceted glass drops and circular leaf tip-modelled crown.
