French Provincial Carved Cherry Louis XV Style Armoire, early 19th c., the stepped canted corner crown over double two panel doors with long iron fiche hinges and escutcheons, separated by a pilaster, on short cabriole legs joined by a serpentine skirt, H.- 87 in., W.- 60 in., D.- 23 in.Condition consistent with age and use. Some old wood worm damage visible. Shrinkage crack in proper left door, top corner. Proper front right foot cracked. Tear in fabric liner. Interior shelves not present. Keys present. Shrinkage cracks to interior bottom. Sturdy. All carved and metal detail intact.
