Rare “Pathos Swan” Limited Edition Diamond and Sapphire Wristwatch
Ref. 00.10590.03.90.31An exceptionally rare and luxurious wristwatch by Carl F. Bucherer, the Pathos Swan, produced in a highly limited edition of only 88 examples worldwide. Crafted in 18k rose gold, the watch is fully set with 922 of the finest quality Top Wesselton diamonds and multicolored sapphires, executed with the maison’s renowned expertise at the intersection of high watchmaking and haute joaillerie.
The 34 mm case in 18k rose gold features 370 hand-set diamonds and sapphires totaling approximately 4.15 carats, with a domed sapphire crystal anti-reflective coated on both sides, and is water resistant to 30 meters. The dial, composed of 18k rose gold and mother-of-pearl, is set with 148 diamonds and sapphires (approx. 0.6 carats), complementing slender gold hands for the hours and minutes. The bracelet, in 18k rose gold, is pavé-set with 404 diamonds and sapphires totaling approximately 7.75 carats, and secured by an 18k rose gold folding clasp. Powered by the CFB 1851 quartz caliber movement. Fits up to a 6 1/4 in. wrist.
