PAIR OF TREMBLEUSES*
One of them with embossed decoration, and chiseled grape bunches, floral and geometric motifs. Clamps in manner of Doric columns. With seal "BTON", corresponding to assayer Cayetano Buitrón; with location seal (letter M with a letter O on top of it, referring to Mexico City); quinto real, and illegible seal.
Second trembleuse with smooth tray, clamps in geometric design and flower on base. With seal "FCDA", corresponding to assayer Antonio Forcada y la Plaza; with location seal (crowned letter M, in reference to Mexico City); quinto real, and seal "CAAMAÑO", in reference to the author. Maintains burin stroke.
