HERRMANN, Alexander (1844 - 1896). Alexander Herrmann Theatre Letterhead. Cincinnati and New York: Strobridge, 1890. Pictorial letterhead bears a bust portrait of Herrmann over a facsimile of his signature, with the text, "Permanent Address / Herrmann's theatre / Broadway & 29th St. / New York City" listed beside it. Approximately 6 x 6". With penciled notation in an unknown hand on the page regarding the delivery of theatrical posters (unrelated to Herrmann). RARE; any printed matter from Herrmann's short-lived stint as a theater owner in New York City is seldom encountered.
Likely trimmed.
