[279], [3, ads] pp. Publisher's full greenish-gray cloth, front board and spine stamped in black, publisher's unclipped (no price printed) dust jacket (cloth spine toned and rubbed, light rubbing to boards, endleaves toned and offset, plate facing p. 82 is loose but present, some light toning and occasional faint soiling throughout, hinges just starting, a few gutters overopened or starting, bookplate; jacket with several tape repairs to verso, jacket toned, edgeworn, with marginal chipping and a few short tears, jacket spine toned, some soiling to rear jacket panel).
