Illustrated with 7 black and white plates. 318, [1, ads], [1, blank] pp. Publisher's full blue cloth, front board and spine stamped in red, publisher's unclipped (?$2.00") smooth laminated dust jacket (cloth spine a bit soiled, edgeworn, some light edgewear to boards, text a bit toned; front jacket flap chipped at lower corner, some marginal chipping to jacket).
