Allen St. John. 412 pp. Publisher's full blue cloth, front board and spine stamped in black, publisher's unclipped dust jacket (price on rear jacket; cloth spine toned and edgeworn, endleaves and text toned; jacket with several tape repairs to verso, spine toned and chipped, jacket toned, edgeworn, soiled, with marginal chipping and a few tears).
