- Lot Description
CASSANDRE, Adolphe Mouron (1901 - 1968). Dubonnet. Copenhagen: Axel Andreasen and Sonner, ca. 1956. Color lithograph Art Deco poster; the third poster from Cassandre's Dubo-Dubon-Dubonnet triptych, featuring the drinking man character which became ubiquitous in advertising Dubonnet. This is a Danish printing from the mid-1950s, from the original 1932 design. The other two parts of the triptych were not part of this Danish issue. Two sheets.
Framed, overall 71 x 51"; sight 67 x 48".
Third-party transportation required (unless removed from frame).
