CHICKERING, Francis E. Cloud Crystals: A Snow Flake Album. New York: D. Appleton, 1864. Small 4to. FIRST EDITION. Illustrated with 28 plates including the title. Original brown morocco tooled in blind and titled in gilt, all edges gilt, dentelle turn-ins, marbled endpapers (spine ends rubbed with few spots of restoration, occasional pale spotting to plates, contemporary gift inscription to ffep).
