Original gilt-lettered tan cloth (new endpapers pasted over); ORIGINAL DUST JACKET (extremities chipped with some small losses, light soiling to spine, some bleeding to letters); folding box. Provenance: E.E. Elder (early ownership inscription dated 1914); Roy Pilot (ownership name gilt-stamped on box).FIRST AMERICAN EDITION, IN THE RARE DUST JACKET. Green and Gibson A37e.
