[GAMING]. URBAN, Sylvanus (pseudonym). Gentleman?s Magazine, and Historical Chronicle. Volume XXXVII. For the Year M.DCC.LXVII. London: D. Henry, 1767 [1768]. Full year of this monthly magazine for 1767, including the Supplement for the Year 1767, with articles on gambling and gaming. 8vo. Illustrated, with several fold-out plates. Bound in contemporary half brown calf over marbled boards, black and burgundy gilt morocco lettering labels. Boards re-hinged, joints worn, spine reinforced at edges, hinges starting, text toned and occasionally soiled, some ink underlinings, notes. Still, a very good copy.
