HERRMANN, Alexander (1844 ? 96). Alexander Herrmann's Monogrammed Handkerchief. Circa 1890. Folded white silk pocket handkerchief with a fancy block capital letter ?H" embroidered in white thread. Framed together with a typed label that states, ?Alexander Herrmann's monogrammed handkerchief / The Worthington Collection." 10 ? x 10". The Worthington Collection contained many relics from Herrmann's show and those of his wife, Adelaide, and his nephew, Leon, including fragments of their costumes, photographs, and other memorabilia.
