[LITHOGRAPHY]. [NATIVE AMERICANS]. Group of Five Hand-Colored Lithographed Portraits of Native Americans from McKenney and Hall?s History of the Indian Tribes of North America. [V.p., ca. 1840s-1850s]. Hand-colored portraits from various large octavo editions of McKenney and Hall?s famous title. Approximately 10 ? x 7 ?? and somewhat smaller. Some toning, foxing, edgewear, a few occasional tears. Two portraits are accompanied by descriptive text leaves. Very good. Subjects include: Yoholo Micco, Kish-Kal-Wa (with text), Tshi-Zun-Hau-Kau, Ne-Sou-A-Quoit, Tai-O-Mah (with text). From the Mark Rucker Collection.
