London, 1714. Contemporary half calf, buckram sides, spine blind-tooled, gilt title compartment. Edges stained red. First edition (M2 misprinted N2, preface signed by the author), but with a title page from the second edition trimmed and laid on a contemporary leaf. [24], 285pp., [1, ads.]. Lacks frontis.
