Publisher?s light green cloth, spine lettered in gilt, top edge black, decorative endpapers (spine extreme ends sunned, few minor spots of dampstaining to lower cover edge); original dust jacket (significant losses to spine panel at ends, closed tears to front panel with several tape repairs, as is); also with a jacket in facsimile. FIRST EDITION, FIRST ISSUE of the author?s scarce book. Although 1498 copies were printed in September 1933, only 598 copies were bound and sold. Goldstone & Payne A3a.
