INSCRIBED BY THE AUTHOR to a Nettie Nichols, dated May 16th, 1965. Illustrated with wood engravings by Mallette Dean, facsimile of railway equipment registers of the Eastern Kentucky Railway tipped-in at rear. Publisher?s cloth backed decorative boards, spine with printed label. FINE.
