Illustrated with 8 plates. 332, [2, blank] pp. Publisher's full green cloth, front board ruled in blind, front board and spine lettered in gilt (binding edgeworn, some scuffing to boards, recased with newer rear endleaves, some toning to front endleaves). Very good. FIRST EDITION, PRESENTATION COPY, INSCRIBED BY GILLETT ON THE FFEP.: ?J. H. McLeave [?] Laredo [?] TX. Dec. 18, 1924 Very truly yours J. B. Gillett."
