Illustrated with 4 plates and a fold-out map. 215 pp. Publisher's full purple textured cloth boards, front board and spine stamped in gilt (spine a bit toned and rubbed, light rubbing to binding, endleaves offset, some toning and light edgewear to text, bookseller's ticket on rp., bookplate of John Alexander Norris on the fp).
