Illustrated. 256 pp. Folded map in pocket on rp. Publisher's full blue cloth, front board and spine stamped in gilt (spine and gilt on spine toned, faint offsetting to endleaves, minor occasional soiling in text). Fine. THE RARE FIRST EDITION, #73/250 COPIES SIGNED BY STANLEY. An excellent work and Stanley's rarest title. Probably the best history of the Maxwell Land Grant spanning New Mexico and Colorado.
