CAPIELLO, Leonetto (1875 – 1942). Contratto. 1922. [Paris: Imp. Devambez]. Color lithograph poster with the iconic illustration of an oversized and overflowing champagne glass held up by a woman cast in the glow from the glass. Cappiello/Rennert, 366.
Linen backed. 55 x 39 1/4".
Condition
Minor soiling and toning at extremities. Several repairs at margins including 7" crease repaired with inpainting at right and clipped upper left corner. Lower right corner clipped. B+.
