PURVIS, Tom (1888-1959). British Air Raid Precaution Posters. Circa 1940. Great Britain. A series of 5 civilian ARP posters from the British home front depicting an air raid warden with various accompanying messages: "Do not rush, take cover quietly, then others will do the same..."; "Don't stand and stare at the sky. Take cover at once."
