By signing up as a bidder, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them. The auction take place only online on Bidsquare. The seller does not accept phone bidds. The seller is not responsible for equipment failure, inability to access the Internet or software malfunctions related to the execution of online bids. Great care has been taken in the description of each work, but an error or omission cannot be the responsibility of the seller. The photos and descriptions of each work are detailed to the maximum to allow bidders to make their own opinion so that the bidder can decide to bid with an informed opinion. Any request for additional information must be submitted at least 24 hours before auction begins. The seller reserves the right to modify, rectify or delete an ad at any time before the start of an auction, regardless of whether offers have been placed on the item. Sales are final. The buyer will not be able to withdraw, claim a refund or return the work. You agree that a bid is final once it is placed. You are fully responsible for any errors you make in bidding. The highest bidder acknowledged by the seller shall be the buyer. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the seller shall have sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder. A premium of 25% of the hammer price will be added to all lots and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price. The invoice including hammer price, buyer’s premium, shipping cost and applicable taxes will be send in the two (2) days after the sale. Payment is due three (3) days following the invoice received. Payment must be in Euros and may be made by wire transfer or accepted credit card or debit card (for payment by card, a 3% processing fee will be added to your purchase). The works will be perfectly packaged for shipping but the seller cannot be held responsible in the event of shipping delay, shipping error due to the informations given by the buyer or for a work lost or damaged by the carrier. The shipping is done at the expense of the buyer and is his responsibility, as well as any customs or insurance procedures, taxes and fees.
