Lakota (Sioux), fourth quarter 19th century, wearing beaded moccasins, leggings with a wide beaded strip and serrated hide fringe, the hide shirt with beaded strips on the arms, chest and back, the face with bead mouth and eyes, wearing a hair-pipe bone necklace, and the long hair wrapped in trade cloth, mounted on a custom stand. Ht. 10 3/4 in.
