How to update credit card information within your User Profile

If you received an email indicating your credit card verification has failed when you attempted to register for a sale, it may be that the information you have listed in your profile has expired or changed.

You can update this information by logging in to your Bidsquare account. Click the "My Bidsquare" link at the top right of the home page on Bidsquare. Next, click on the tab “Profile”. Upon doing so, you should see your credit card info listed in the right column. Click on the pencil icon to edit your credit card info. Be sure to verify and fill in all fields and confirm that your billing address information is also complete and correct. Finally, you may save all changes made at the bottom of the page to update your information.
