What are my alerts?

My Alerts are a convenient way to receive automatic email notifications when items matching your interest are added to the Bidsquare website by partner auction houses. You can add a keyword, a title search, refine by category or even inclusion in live or timed auctions.

How do I create my alerts?

You can create alerts on Bidsquare to receive notification via email or within your account of when items list that your are interested in. View the short video below on how to set up alerts.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to emails from Bidsquare?

Bidsquare sends out email communications and auction announcements. To receive email announcements from Bidsquare or to update your email preferences click here.

At anytime you can edit the types of email communications you’d like to receive from Bidsquare. To update your email preferences click here. If you would like to opt-out of Bidsquareemail announcements please use the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of all your Bidsquare emails.

Why am I not receiving notification emails from Bidsquare?

Bidsquare emails are sometimes blocked by Spam filters. Please check your spam folder or Junk Mail folder and be sure to add Bidsquare to your safe senders list.

My Watchlist

How do I use my Watchlist?

Use the watchlist to short-list items of interest to review later. From an item page click the "WATCH" link to add the item to your list. Go to MyBidsquare from the top navigation to see your watchlist.

Forgot or Reset Password

I have forgotten the email address associated with my bidding account

If you have forgotten the email address associated with your bidding account, please email with your full name and address and we’ll send you a reminder.

I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password, you must reset your password. To reset a password, use the "Forgot password" link found here. You will be prompted to enter in the email address you used to create your account and a password link will be sent to you via email.

I want to reset my password

To reset a password, use the "Forgot password" link found here. You will be sent a link via email to update the password connected to your account.

Update Profile

How to update credit card information within your User Profile

If you received an email indicating your credit card verification has failed when you attempted to register for a sale, it may be that the information you have listed in your profile has expired or changed.

You can update this information by logging in to your Bidsquare account. Click the "My Bidsquare" link at the top right of the home page on Bidsquare. Next, click on the tab “Profile”. Upon doing so, you should see your credit card info listed in the right column. Click on the pencil icon to edit your credit card info. Be sure to verify and fill in all fields and confirm that your billing address information is also complete and correct. Finally, you may save all changes made at the bottom of the page to update your information.

Please contact the auction house directly afterwards to receive an updated status to bid in the sale.
