BID ON THE-SALEROOM
An open face pocket watch by Elgin. Gold plated case. Numbered 6229728. Signed keyless wind movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. White enamel dial. 49mm. Together with a stone set pocket watch key and a base metal Roamer wrist watch. All recommended for spare and repair purposes only.
Movement is currently functioning. Movement is worn with some surface rust and noticeable scratches and marks visible to the naked eye. Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches. Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Glass has noticeable scratches and marks. Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints. Crown is not currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches and marking. The wrist watch in this lot is not currently functioning. This lot is offered for spare and repair purposes only. This lot does not come with box or papers. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any lots sold. Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.
