each carved seated on the its haunches on a lotus base, one grasping a lotus blossom with its one forepaw, one raised its forepaw scratching its ear with mouth slightly open and tongue curled upwards.
Height of figure 7 1/2 in., 19 cm.
Previously acquired from Christie's New York, June 3, 1988.
